These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Arrowly mobile application developed by Batodev. By downloading, installing, or playing Arrowly, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play Arrowly on your compatible Android device for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All original artwork, graphics, sound assets, code, algorithms, and interface designs in Arrowly are the intellectual property of Batodev and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the application software except as permitted by applicable law.
3. Gameplay and In-App Mechanics
- Lives and Hints: Arrowly provides gameplay mechanics such as lives, hints, and custom level generation. These items are strictly virtual assets without real-world monetary value.
- Ad-Supported Content: Arrowly is free to play and utilizes Google AdMob to deliver advertisements (banners, interstitials, and rewarded ads). Watching rewarded ads grants optional in-game rewards (such as hints, extra lives, or progression towards ad-free unlock).
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use automated scripts, bots, or unauthorized tools to tamper with the game or artificially generate ad impressions.
- Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the game, including game databases or network connections.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Arrowly is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the game will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or be compatible with all device hardware configurations.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Batodev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the game.
7. Modifications to the Application and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of Arrowly at any time. We may also revise these Terms as necessary. Continued use of the application following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
